Bungee Burn is a fast-paced Cardio class geared towards students who have the basic fly skills. If you have attended 2-3 Level 1 classes and are comfortable with fly knees, burpees, and Peter Pan, you are ready for this class. The class does require a password, so please reach out to Amy at 252-312-2595 to acquire this before booking.
